Tomorrow, we will all still live in the country together. Regardless of a certain slogan, it is our treatment of each other that makes this country’s greatness–that is historically what travelers are or are not impressed with. Let’s all do our part in that process. Be kind to each other. Say hello when we would rather walk away. Ask a question when it would be easier to make an assumption. Extend a little trust when it would be easier to hide away. Ultimately, America’s greatness lies with us the people.
